CUSTOMER CHARTER

Customer Service Policy:

As well as selling my art, I pride myself in providing excellent customer service. With that in mind, please find below a list of what to expect when you purchase art from me:

All the art available on this website is original and made by me. High quality materials have been used throughout.
Artwork will be signed and dated either on the front or the back of the canvas.
Each artwork has a minimum of 2 layers of varnish (matt or gloss) as described in the artwork descriptions in the gallery. This is to protect the artwork from environmental factors and to reduce the risk of pigment breakdown in the paints.
All artwork is ready to hang.
I will regularly communicate the status of the transaction to you, so you will always have the most up-to-date information.
Purchased artwork will be shipped within 5 working days of receipt of full payment.
All art purchased is carefully packed by myself using the appropriate packaging materials, so as to ensure it arrives to you in excellent condition.
In the event you do not like the artwork when you receive it, there is a 7 day window where you can return the art and receive a full refund. The artwork must be returned in it's original packaging. Return shipment is paid by the customer. On receipt of the undamaged artwork, a full refund will be made to the customer (this does not include the return shipping costs).

Shipping Information

For international buyers, please note that you are responsible for all import duties, taxes and charges. These are not included in the price of the artwork or the shipping costs quoted.
All shipment costs are additional to the price of the artworks.
Artwork is always shipped via courier unless otherwise specified.
All commission works will require a 40% deposit at the time of the confirmation of work. Full payment will be required prior to the commission piece being shipped.
