Eating the rainbow!

I’m currently nursing an injury to my shoulder. All good, but a slow and steady recovery.

Whilst doing my best to take it easy, I still have to work and run my business.

Taking care of yourself is a priority, especially when you are self-employed. I’m eating clean and getting in as many nutrients as possible to aid my body’s recovery.
